Do my guests need an account?
No — guests book with a name and contact details. No password, no app, no barrier between them and a table.
Can I bring my existing reservations and guests?
Yes — contact us for a data import. If you have your guest or reservation data from your current system, we bring it into Tablis for you.
What about phone and walk-in bookings?
They go into the same reservation list. Staff add them in seconds, and the seats count against your capacity exactly like an online booking.
Does Tablis integrate with my POS?
Not yet. Tablis runs alongside any POS today — bookings and guests live in Tablis, your till stays exactly as it is.
Can I charge no-show fees?
Tablis doesn't take card deposits yet. Automatic confirmations and the waitlist are built to keep no-shows rare in the first place.
