What restaurant owners ask us most.
Do my guests need an account or an app?
No. Guests book with their name and contact details – no password, no app, no barrier.
Will you bring over my existing guests and bookings?
Yes, for free. Send us the export from your current system – Quandoo, for example – and we'll do the rest. Regulars stay regulars.
What about phone bookings and walk-ins?
You or your team add them in seconds. They go into the same list as online bookings and count towards your seats in exactly the same way.
Do I have to change my till system?
No. Tablis works alongside any till. A direct connection to your till isn't available yet.
Does Tablis work on phones and tablets?
Yes. You add Tablis to your home screen straight from the browser – no app store – and get new bookings as notifications. We'll show you how during setup.
What happens after the 14 days?
You decide whether to continue with Essential or Professional. You don't enter a card, so nothing is charged automatically.
Can I charge no-show fees?
Tablis doesn't take card deposits yet. Instant confirmations, day-before reminders and the waitlist help keep your tables from sitting empty.
